The Tenanted Pub Company Summit is the only dedicated senior level forum dedicated to a key part of the pub market, representing over 14,000 pubs in the UK and turning over £3.42bn annually (source: MCA Insight).
After some consolidation the sector is primed for success, with less exposure to headwinds than managed pubs and other predominantly food-led competitors. The end is in sight for net site closures, too, and, post Pub Code, investors are once again enthused about the sector.
On a micro level, as entrepreneurial partnerships, the best tenanted pubs are innovation leaders, highly responsive to local community and competition.
The event is in two parts. During an afternoon conference, the Tenanted Pub Company Summit features the leaders of operator businesses and respected commentators, who discuss the next stage of the sector’s development, their vision and strategy, as well as relationships with tenants and legislation.
The conference is then followed by a dinner which includes a state of the nation address by Clive Chesser, CEO of Punch Pubs & Co.
