Fiona Dickie is the Deputy Pubs Code Adjudicator. She will take part in a Q&A session alongside Paul Newby, Pubs Code Adjudicator, to answer questions on progress made on the pubs code and the next steps in the regulatory process.
Fiona Dickie was called to the Bar in 1993. She has been a Vice President of the Valuation Tribunal for England since July 2009, and was appointed Judge of First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) in 2013 (after serving as a Lawyer Chairman of its predecessor tribunal from 2006). She was accredited as a Civil Mediator by the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Group in 2005. She was also appointed as a Road User Charging Adjudicator (RUCA) in 2004, and appointed as an Examiner of the Court in 2004. Fiona took up office as Deputy Pubs Code Adjudicator on 1 November 2017 and qualified as a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in 2018.
